GENERAL SALE CONDITION
The company FIRST S.R.L. is the owner of the brand Singolare and of website Singolare.it.
The website features pictures and descriptions of items that reflect the actual availability in our stores. Once the order is processed FIRST S.R.L. reserves the right to re-confirm items availability and double-check the success of transaction or the customer order history. If for any reason the order cannot be confirmed as requested, we will immediately inform the customer with an e-mail providing any relevant info and explaination, as well as possible solutions if needed.
Depending on the selected form of payment, we will refund or stop the transaction at the soonest.
In any case SINGOLARE.IT will do the best to make its customer feel comfortable and safe in placing an order, so don't hesitate to contact us for any other reason regarding your purchase.
We also want to remind that access and use of Singolare e-commerce are for personal use only.
This means that all merchandise on sale on this website is destined for our proper customers and purchases must be in any case for a non-profit nor commercial use. Any attempt to use accounts of third parties and to purchase with a re-sale purpose by persons with their own professional activity will be persecuted as by law enacted, as well as any other misuse of this website not specifically approved by FIRST S.R.L. For this same reason FIRST S.R.L. reserves the right to not process orders which are not in conformity with the aforesaid commercial terms, and all users of this website accept and agree to respect all the conditions here listed.
TAXES AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All prices displayed on SINGOLARE.IT are comprehensive of italian valued added tax IVA, that is currently at 22%. Logged-in users with extra EU registered account or guest customers who declare themselves as non-EU citizens (and destination address), will see prices without tax addition. Consequently all shipments to extra EU countries are exempt from IVA. The final price for these orders is calculated online before the payment deducting that tax and the invoice will reflect the IVA exemption. For any other delivery notes we recommend to consult carefully our specific area here
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased, we give to our customer the possibility to return the whole or parts of the order.
Costumer must use and fill our appropriate Return Form in order to get a RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization - number strictly within 10 days from the delivery date. From case to case Singolare.it reserves the right to ask the costumer for more details via email about the return request.
Once the RMA is assigned we will provide all the instructions to proceed with the return, which must reach Singolare within the next 10 days. Please note that is important to keep the RMA number and to not remove our logo-signed tag that must remain attached to the item's original tag. Items received with any tag removed or cut will not be accepted and the return will be denied.
Obviously all items must be returned in perfect conditions, complete of original accessories we sent (packaging, hangers, bags, covers, etc.) and without any signs of use or wear, as well as packaged in a proper box respecting the measures of the merchandise (preferably our original box, that we suggest to keep).
In case of refund request, SINGOLARE.IT reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise first and then to assess the refund depending on the state of the garments received.
In any case customer will receive confirmation by SINGOLARE.IT on the success of the return.
Currently we cannnot accept returns for perfumes and any kind of fragrances, so be aware that for these items all sales are final.
RETURN FEES AND CONDITIONS
Within the 10 days aforesaid, customer can choose between three options for his return compensation.
Change: Items can be exchanged only with a different size or colour of the same model, if available. We allow only one change per purchase so be sure of what you are exchanging with, since it will be final. We will ship the second item as soon as we receive and check the returned one. Singolare.it will offer the second shipment, while the return shipments are free only from Italy and for full price purchases or discounted products under 30% off. Returns from outside of Italy will be at customer cost and responsibility, as well as any eventual import fees and taxes.
Store Credit: Customer can choose to return item(s) to obtain a store credit. This works like a personal coupon that must be spent in its entirety on a single order, which therefore must be of an equivalent or higher amount. Store credit is not cumulative with other credits, is spendable within the same season and the related purchase will be final. We will issue the credit and notice this to the customer as soon as we receive and check the returned item. Singolare.it will offer the second shipment, while the return shipments are free only from Italy and for full price purchases or discounted products under 30% off. Returns from outside of Italy will be at customer cost and responsibility, as well as any eventual import fees and taxes.
Refund: If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, he can return the item and ask for a refund of the paid amount. This will be processed as soon as we receive and check the returned item. For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. Currently refunds are not available for orders paid by Cash on Delivery. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. All returns with refund request will be at customer cost and responsibility, as well as any eventual import fees and taxes. Singolare.it reserves the right to deduct from the final refund any fees or cost the customer should not comply.
Return shipments will be at customer cost in any case for discounted products over or equivalent to 30% off.
All sales purchases for discounted products over or equivalent to 50% off are final and non-returnable.
In case of faulty item(s) or any mistake on the part of SINGOLARE.IT (wrong item, order error, etc.), customer must follow the same instructions listed above to get a RMA number and then proceed with the return. Any communication for faulty item must reach us strictly within 20 days from purchase date. Claims received beyond this deadline will not be processed. SINGOLARE.IT reserves the right to ask for photographic support regarding the defective merchandise before approving the return, as well as the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Customer can choose one of the option described above for compensation of faulty or wrong item, given that SINGOLARE.IT reserves the right to check returned merchandise before any further decision.
